What Is Bowen Therapy? A New Vision for Healing.
History and background of the Bowen Therapy developed in Australia during the 1950’s by the late Mr. Tom Bowen.
The Australian government commissioned the Webb report in 1975 and learned that Mr. Tom Bowen was attending some thirteen thousand patients annually with an 80-90% success rate. Mr. Bowen's success rate with patients was usually within only one or two sessions.
Apparently Mr. Bowen had an uncanny ability to perceive even the slightest deviations in anatomical structure. Through this ability Mr. Bowen discovered relationships at work within the body, and developed moves to effectively stimulate the body to heal itself.
